2. Membership Eligibility
To become a member of AMPON, you must meet atleast one of the following criteria:
- Be a professional meteorologist or hold a degree in meteorology or a related field.
- Be interested in promoting the advancement of meteorological knowledge and practice in Nigeria.
- Agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by AMPON.
- Be a weather Enthusiasts.
3. Membership Registration
By registering for membership with AMPON, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree to keep your contact details updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose this information to any third party.
AMPON reserves the right to reject any membership application at its discretion, and may revoke or suspend membership if any provided information is found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

As an AMPON member, you will receive the following benefits:

Any materials, content, or intellectual property shared with you as an AMPON member are for personal use only. You must not distribute, reproduce, or modify any copyrighted material without obtaining prior written permission from AMPON or the respective rights holders.
8. Termination of Membership
AMPON reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause. If your membership is terminated, you will no longer have access to the benefits and services provided to AMPON members.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
AMPON may modify or update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the official AMPON website. It is your responsibility to review the updated terms and conditions and comply with any modifications.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to membership with AMPON shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
